The new issue of CRORS News – Volume 3, Number 1 (April 2016) is published. With the new editor, Josip Arnerić, this issue brings reports on  CRORS (HDOI) activities in 2015 and in the beginning of 2016, reports from EURO Glasgow 2015, SOR 2015, EECC 2015, DEA 2015, CRORS Workshop on Neural Networks and other reports. In addition, professors Jakob Krarup and Graham K. Rand wrote the article “In memoriam to Maurice F. Shutler (1931-2015)” . The team members of EURO research group on OR/MS in education report the first results of their “European Study on OR/MS Education”.
