The winter issue of Croatian Operational Research Review (CRORR) journal – Volume 14, Number 2, 2023 is published. The issue consists of 8 original scientific papers from the area of operational research and related fields, such as machine learning and neural networks, data envelopment analysis, linear and nonlinear mathematical programming, multicriteria decision making methods including UTADIS method, panel data analysis including the power of panel unit root tests and their limitations in small data sets. All scientific papers were sent to at least two independent reviewers for a double blind peer review process.

The editors encourage publication of papers which provide data and/or codes openly available in a public repository.
