20th Annual Meeting of CRORS (HDOI) was held on September 24, 2013 at Faculty of Economics Zagreb, at 3 p.m. (room 14).

Twenty six members of CRORS (HDOI) attended the meeting. Major decisions made at the meeting:
- The next conference KOI 2014 will be held in Osijek, Croatia from September 24-26, 2014. The First Call for papers for the KOI 2014 will be announced after the meeting.
- The Award for Special Contribution to CRORS is given to prof. Luka Neralic, one of the founders and the first president of CRORS. Congratualtions!
- The procedure for the next nominations for the Award for Special Contribution to HDOI and for the Award for the Best Young Researchers’ Paper is determined.
- Strategic plan for the period 202-2015 is accepted, as well as Operating plans for 2013 and 2014.
