Paper submission

The paper submission process is managed online using the Open Journal System tool.

To submit your paper, the first step is to register as a user with our Online submission system. Make sure to check out that you want to register as an Author.

Prior to submission, the manuscript has to be:

  • corrected by an English proofreader, and
  • formatted according to our journal template available at Instructions for Authors.

It is the journal policy that the online submission process must be carried out by the corresponding author. The corresponding author will receive all correspondence, including an initial acknowledgment and the decision, by e-mail.

The submission file must be a .docx file or PDF file for papers prepared by using Latex program, not containing the information about the authors’ names and affiliations (in order to assure a blind review process). The editorial board tries to make the review process completed within 10 weeks, if possible.

After the revision process, revised manuscripts must be uploaded within 2 weeks (for minor revisions) or 4 weeks (for major revisions) of authors being notified of conditional acceptance pending satisfactory revision. Revisions must still be sent as a .docx or PDF file.

If the submission is accepted, the contact person will receive instructions for submitting the final .docx or .tex version of accepted paper, as well as all figures and graphics.

The corresponding author will receive a Proof of the paper for checking before it is published. Authors should keep in mind that reading proofs is their responsibility. Corrections should therefore be clear and unambiguous. The main aim of proofreading is to correct errors that may have occurred during the production process, and not to modify the content of the paper. Please correct your galley proofs and return them within 5 working days.
